Double Row Tapered roller bearings are uniquely designed to manage both thrust and radial loads. Consisting of a "tapered cup" and a "tapered cone", this design is one of the most basic and common styles in the bearing industry. Found in everything from cars to conveyor lines, tapered roller bearings are more versatile than any other bearing series. Our taper bearings are sold in sets with both the cup and the cone together.Tapered roller bearings consist of four basic components including: the cone (inner ring), the cup (outer ring), tapered rollers, and a cage (roller retainer). The cone, cup and rollers carry the load while the cage spaces and retains the rollers on the cone.

TDO (Two-Row Double-Outer Race) The configuration of the TDO provides a wide effective bearing spread, making it ideal for applications in which overturning moments are a significant load component. TDO bearings can be used in fixed positions or allowed to float in the housing bore.Depending upon the contact angle, tapered roller bearings are divided into three types; normal angle, medium angle, and steep angle. Double-row and four-row tapered roller bearings are also available. Pressed steel cages are generally used. For metric-design medium-angle and steep-angle tapered roller bearings.
